Tattoos on women seem to be a reoccurring topic of conversation... (amongst other things... e.g. real vs fake boobs, pubic hair styles, body jewelry etc...)

Personally, I don't mind the right tattoo on the right girl.... & some would look good with not at all. Suffice to say, this is truly a case of beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If a girl has a few tattoos or a whole body full of them, if you like her, ask her out, if you don't... don't. It really is that simple.

But no one has the right to tell another person that he or she can't have one, two or more tattoos... The ONLY person that can make that decision is the person getting one.

I agree, unless someone is independantly wealthy and immune to the opinions of the general public, these tattood individuals may limit there job and income prospects. I suspect that the majority of people with tattoos regret there actions in latter life. I would not fuck a heavily tattood lady for fear of Hepatitis C anyway.
