real estate, theres a few 300-400k properties in florida that are down to under 100k now...I just got a 80k condo in orlando, it was listed 2 years ago as 320k, its a good 2 bedroom in a gated community next to a golf course

What resources or websites do you guys use to watch property market in Florida? I have about $200 K to invest if I can find a distressed property for sale. How much are the taxes for non residents in Florida?
