As some of you may have read, Maya Blue and I are looking to spend some time outside the city. We have had a few offers but nothing concrete. We are looking for a retreat somewhere in cottage country, and are offering to exchange our time for time at your cabin. If you are someone that can't get up to your cottage every week, perhaps this offer would suit you?
We are looking for
~ lakefront, and wooded
~ private/quiet
~ gravehurst, muskoka, huntsville area (though we are open to suggestions)
~ rustic or high end is fine.
Maya has a small, non shedding dog that will accompany us. We are both non smokers, clean, quiet and respectful. It will likely be just the two of us, but we may invite another lady friend for a couple of nights.
We are offering 2 hour visits valued at $700, and depending on the rental cost for your place, we can work out the equivalent. You are welcome to see us both but not at the same time ;)
Right now our dates are flexible, so we are willing to work with your availability.
We will be looking to spend 2-3 weeks over the course of the summer, either at the same place or at different places.
we may consider monday to friday get aways too...if you are someone that only uses your cottage on weekends, perhaps this would suit you.
Please refer all offers to maya at msmayablue@gmail.com. Please include any photos you might have of the property, the cottage's weekly availability, cost, as well as any concerns.
Thanks!
Just a thought.
Why not just scout out a good lot with the view you desire, work out a design for the cottage of your dreams and then hire a builder to make it come to fruition. I'm sure some of your clients can even help you with the different stages of this process to lower the costs.
Between the two of you, I'm sure you could easily afford to take this route, and then you'd have permanent access to the cottage whenever you needed. You could even choose to rent it out and get your money back that way too. And if you ever decide to sell it, you'll be on the plus.
I have just the property you are looking for.
I rent it out at $8400 a day. Let me know if you are interested.

You know, if you read things too fast... "Maya has a small, non shedding dog that will accompany us" - I am just trying to figure if that is to the cabin or on the 2 hours at $700? ;)

cash might be king but pussy follows at a close second... ;)
You can always take a page out of Uncle Ernie's book and turn your weekend of fun into a summer long event!

I would have too agree with Maya :; BUT a small amount of cash may take some of the speculation from S.O. away . Why is these two hot girls staying at the cottage:::?????. how the heck do you know them
Why dear I am getting a bit of cash for that as we are not using it right now anyway .::??? Couple of artists getting out of town :: ??? . Friends of one the guys from work :::???? Thought if I rented the cottage for a bit I could take you out for supper ::???whatever comes to mind at the time :""??
Cash is king ;; Pussy is second .. But wifey asks questions too . Nice to have a answer .
""A good "answer is even better :))))).
I would think most people on here would have a hard time just ""RENTING ""
out the cottage and not have to answer a couple of questions to family and friends . I think the small donation might make it easier too explain .Renting it cheap since you are not using it is one thing .. Saying you are bartering for pussy may raise a few more questions ... LOL
Just my opinion ..

That was how Annette Benning paid her rent in The Grifters.

Not all clients are married. I think it's a great idea. I wish we could legally set up a bartering system for escorts to get everything done... car repair, dental, yard work, landscaping (not the shaving pussy kind)

Barter is acceptable if acceptable to both parties. I barter for some things.
I have stayed at a luxury resort once for free in trade for work. Was good for everyone!
Sorry I don't have a cottage.

hmmm yes cash may be the trump card, but i like to throw a little barter in to the mix... something kinda fun about it and when it works out, it works out very well :D
for any considering our offer, i would recommend not telling friends and family that you are bartering pussy for some time at the cottage.
unless of course you really want to see the looks on peoples faces. lol
oh and antaeus... there are not enough hours in the day to keep up with my multitude of interests, so unfortunately i am still not a porn connoisseur.
but i promise to keep at it!
Celeste: The $8400.00 post is a humorous take on the subject but that is something you have to be really careful about. When discussing the rental price of the cottage make sure the rate quoted is reasonable and the norm for the area/type of cottage. I can see many upping their price the minute you walk through the door.
I think this is a reason that many sp's don't barter service for service. I know in my biz it'd be easy to do and you could run wild with the inneuendos: hammerin', nailin', "laying" flooring etc lol.
I've had more than a few sp's ask for my card when they find out what I do and I ALWAYS give them my hourly rate so if any bartering does occur, there are no misconceptions......

If you two are willing to come to the Kingston area I could tell some friends about your deal, I think it's a great idea, and there's lots of single guys with cottages around here ;)
